Seen that marlin is starting to produce (or for a little while at least) the 1894 cowboy with a 20" octagonal barrel, chambered in .357 or 44 mag.
I am considering purchasing these over the Henry big boys because of the blue receiver vs brass. Dont get me wrong I love Henry"s, I have a golden boy and love it, I just can't deal with the brass on a rifle I'd like to take hunting. The problem is I can't find 1894 Cowboys anywhere!! Do they exist or are they merely a myth, I would buy on in a second if I could find one.
