Where to find a Marlin peep sight

I kind of like the looks of Skinner peep sights. When I get my 1894C, that is what I want to put on it. I understand he ships to Canada too.

I like the Skinner barrel mount, I have one on my Rossi, I also really like the XS Ghost ring that I have on my 1895.

I had considered the XS ghost ring, but then decided that if I wanted a larger aperture like that, I could just take the insert out of the Skinner.

FYI, Brian Pearce did an article on the Skinner sights in the latest Rifle Magazine. Skinner has expanded their product lineup since the new guy took over. They now have a low-profile rear sight that fits in one of the scope mounting holes, avail in 6-48 or 8-40. (No windage adj. of course.) Also a heavy-duty protected rear sight, and front sight blades.

Nothing wrong with the old Williams 5D and FP, though. Western Gun Parts in Edmonton should have them.

Scratch'in me ears......
Was there not a Marlin 336 in the EE with the option
of with or without the peep on it?
Maybe the seller would split it up for you?

I have the Williams Fool Proof with hunting adjusters on my Marlin for 40 years now, flawless service. I also have Lyman 66s in steel for my Winchester levers, one hunting knobs and one target knobs. They are outstanding.

I am ordering proper post front sites from Skinner this month once the sizes are finalized for all my peep sighted rifles.
