I just picked up a used Mossberg 500A and have now discovered that the sling swivel stud, that screws into the magazine cap, is missing. Anyone know where to source one? Thanks in advance.

I recall Canadian Tire and local gunshops that carry slings and accessories having both mag cap complete and a slew of other options.
Check into your local CT or sporting goods and see if they'll have something you can use.

Don't even need a cap, just a short machine thread swivel stud. Look for uncle mikes sling stuff anywhere that sells guns or outdoor equipment. They make a Mossberg 500 kit with swivels and the correct stud for the mag cap. Use the plastic washer to keep it tight once indexed.

I'm reminded why I like this site so much. Thanks for the info everyone. I am heading to Epps this week or next and I know they have an extensive line of Uncle Mike's products. I expect they will have what I need.
