I am having trouble finding a sling to fit the small European swivels on my Brno model 21. Any help? I don't want to replace the swivels with larger modern swivels.

Levy's Leathers is a Canadian company that makes a good variety of nice slings, including 9 different styles for European 3/4" sling swivels.
I have a few of their slings and have found the quality to be very good.

Brno swivels.
I just unscrewed the swivels from the stem. Marked and stored them carefully, then just used common Uncle-mikes QD swivels. Your results may vary.

I go to my local saddle maker and he cuts me a 4 foot piece of oiled latigo leather and throws in about 3 feet of latigo lacing. Total cost about $7.00. At home a few minutes work with a leather punch and a ruler gives me a simple carrying strap as opposed to a shooting sling. That is all I need on a big game rifle. The leather is flexible and water resistant to a significant degree aand grips your shoulder quite well. I have several on detachable swivels which move from rifle to rifle and several directly on rifles that don't have detachables, like my Brno 21 and 22 and M/S rifles. There are no metal components to these straps that could damage the wood.
