Sugarfreebob dot com has MEC-gar mags (and Baretta factory mags for $45) for $20 usd. They ship to Canada.
Check out the MEC-gar. Lots of guys on the Baretta forum say these are on par with factory. I agree.

Alright... I've got a hold of my package. That sounded dirty.
But I do have my mags. They showed up via Canada Post. I was getting a little worried, but it turns out the hold up was at Customs. I just really did not want the package to get sent back to Italy.
Got another hilarious response from the customer service at Brignoli... "Italian Post, no track outside Italy."
Yes, I know... I specifically asked for the Italian Post tracking number so I could verify it had actually left Italy. Whatever. Maybe Google Translate sucks.
$150 for 3 mags(shipped), a 1 month wait, no tracking... meh. At least they have stock?

At least you know they are really Italian made!
When I started inspecting the mags, my heart sank as I noticed some dark orange spots on one of the mags. I immediately assumed rust.
I picked at it a bit with my fingernail, and the substance flaked right off, revealing that the black finish underneath was intact... so not rust!
PASTA SAUCE? I think yes. Definitely made in Italy.

Here's something I found out.
A lot of "outside of Canada" tracking numbers work over here.
Mostly US post, but I've had a few others work. So always ask for tracking and try. At the least like you said you can track them to their border
