Where to find ETA S2AR adapter or similar

I am looking for an eltie tactical advantage S2AR adapter. Or similar. I bought one years ago. I am looking for another and can't find one. I know a couple of vendors on here have had them in the past.
Any help would be great.

Basically I just want a high tube adapter that will take an AR back plate as well.
