I need to find some parts for a Hungarian FEG. It is copy of the 1935 browning hi power.
The parts I need hold the trigger pivot pin in. The trigger pin falls out without this little pin, spring, or screw that comes up from beside the trigger guard to hold the trigger pin in.

Any one know of a source for FEG parts?

Edited to correct the country -My apologies to the Hungarians, it is a fine firearm that FEG makes in Hungary.

Western Gun Parts.

They have a website with diagrams and a catalogue you can buy. Do your research and call them up.

The FEG is Hungarian not Czech.

Thank you for correcting me on the country of origin.
A faux pas approaching the unforgivable regarding a fine handgun.

I have checked the Western Gun Parts Catalogue, they have the diagram for the Browning Hi Power but I can't seem to find the part I need on the diagram. No doubt this part is one of the "improvements" FEG made on the Hi Power when they manufactured it.
I've also checked with Numrich and a number of other parts places.

As for doing my research, a request on this forum is a last resort after three years of searching has failed.
KBI was the FEG importer in the U.S. and they don't want to supply the part.

As a last resort I will be calling Irv at Western Gun parts to see if he has a source for these parts. If not I may be building a set screw and tapping the hole to keep the trigger pin secure or - Locktite red will work as will staking the trigger pin and the edges of the trigger pin hole will keep the pin in.
It would just be nicer to get the right part and not have to cobble a fix.

Thank you for your advice

If your FEG is "double action" that is entirely a different kettle of fish~it only resembles a Hi-Power from the outside.

There is no pin, spring, or screw to hold the trigger axis pin in. It is held in by friction (often they are swaged slightly to "rivet" them into the hole).

I would recommend using a split or spring pin to replace your axis pin if you're having problems.

My FEG & my Hi-Powers were identical.

Unless you have one of the new ones with the extended safety & the S&W barrel??? As far as I could tell only the barrel lock-up system is different.

Thank you, A roll pin will solve the problem quickly.
BTW there is provision for "something" to lock the trigger pivot pin in place. The hole through the frame is there and it seems it is related to a keeper of some sort.
