Where to find K98k wood?

Want to restore a K98k, anyone know where a guy can find wood? I also need top wood and metal parts too. So far no luck on exchange.:(

They do have the wood but you will have to order the set in two pieces, so that you can be under the set dollar limit. Your next problem will be finding the metal bits you will need. Try Numrich, they usually have them but they are well used and in need of work. Numrich will also have the metal parts. Make sure of the length of your action as well. It may be one of the short Yugo actions that were available a few years back. If it is a Yugo action, it will be quite a bit shorter. You need to put a bit more information out there as well. Information like barrel length and model are a must. Is it for a standard 98K or 98a or GEW98 etc. Start looking at different sites, like the Milsurp Knowledge site that is a banner advertiser and check out some of the different models. Even then, it can be confusing.
Sometimes it's just cheaper to sell the barreld action and buy a complete rifle that is all correct.
