ive been searching and scouring the interwebs to no avail, im trying to find a new cylinder for my gp 100 (SS) in .357/.38. anybody have any ideas where i could get one from? and maybe an approx price? dealers welcome. id like to have a back up cut for moon clips for action shooting.

It would have to be fitted to your frame Nate. The best thing to do is actually contact either [and preferably] Ruger, or a gunsmith/machinist.
