So I just acquired a 1946 Model 70 in 30-06 that I'm going to be using for a project and it seems to have the wrong ejector! As far as I can tell it has an ejector meant for short action cartridges because when I load up the magazine the cartridge on the left side get caught up underneath the ejector because its too long.
So. Does anyone know where I can find a pre-64 ejector for standard long action cartridges in Canada? I found a few online down in the states but, alas, they will not ship to the Great White North.
