Looking for 10 round mags without the block for compact pistols.
Where to find Ruger SR9 or American compact mags?

My co-shooter from our club has an SR9 pistol. I remember seeing it with plastic bottom similar to this. I don't remember seeing a rivet to pin it down to 10 rds.

In US, there is an SR9C magazine. Is this the one you are looking for?

Yes, the second link is the one I'm looking for.
The first link is a 10-round mag, but is the size of a regular 17 round mag. The big plastic block functions like the rivet limiting it to 10 rounds.

actually thats not true.
the plastic block is just a plastic block.
they make 3 magazines for the SR9.
the compact, the 10 round (which has the plastic block bottom) and the high cap ones.
the compact and the 10 round mag are the exact same magazine just the non compact mag has the plastic block (base) on it.
the compact ones are up here in Canada with the PC Carbines release but i have not seen them for sale separately as i looked high and low for them when i got my PC Carbine, which is what im assuming your looking for them for?
your only real choice is to probably go onto the EE and see if anyone is selling the magazine from their Carbine as 99% of the people are using the Glock mag insert.
that is how i picked up my 'wad' of SR Compact magazines.
now if ruger would sell that damn blocky base plate so i could convert all mine id be in laughing since i have the SR9 pistol.
actually, if you really want some compact magazines PM me and ill trade you as many as you want for full sized ones.
