That looks like the ERGO stock adapter.
I don't see any in stock on line.
Tacstar make a very similar one.
Then you just need to source a AR pistol grip, receiver extension [buffer tube] and a stock of your choice.
Mesa is probably the best way to go,
I like the gen1 leo better then the gen2.
Or , if you can afford it, there is the Cadex Defence stock adapter, very pricey.
I never liked the M4 stock, myself, just angled wrong for a shotgun.
