Where to find uppers?

Hey I'm starting my first at build going from a stripped lower. I have done a bit of research but still not finding a whole lot about where to get complete uppers for a good price. My budget for a complete upper is at the $300-$400 total. if I went past that I'm sure I'd be shot with said complete rifle ahha

Complete upper for $3-400... You mean with a barrel and all? I've seen Norinco uppers occasionally hit the EE for $450 or so, but even that is infrequent.

I missed one complete norc upper for $350 by minutes, another two or three Norcs at $450 a DPMS upper for $500 and a sharply priced NEA around the same price. They come up, but you need to SCOUR the EE like a hawk daily every thirty minutes to get a deal like that. Or be crazy lucky
 
I can't remember who had them, but one of the board sponsors had a new Norinco CQA for $499 on sale recently...might have been Marstar. They're regularly priced at $599 which is a great price for the functionality you get. M305's cost more than that now.
