Thats a tough one there, I would probably contact either Ellwood Epps, WildWest Shooting Supplies, or any other dealers who carry Valtros and see if they could get a hold of their distributor for you perhaps?
Literally THE easiest shotgun to work on, simplicity at its core with the Valtro!
( shotgun UNLOADED of course )
1. Unscrew the foreend cap
2. Take off the barrel
3. With an appropriate sized punch tap out the slide retainment block/feed ramp in the front of the receiver
4. Pull forward on the foreend, taking the forend, slide, and breech block along with it
5. With an appropriate sized punch tap out the trigger retainment pins and pull the trigger assembly out of the receiver
6. Buttstock removal is a 13mm Hex Head bolt
Reassembly... just repeat!
Valtro only recommends "GENERAL" maintenance (which again, they define as wiping down with general purpose gun oil) every SEVERAL THOUSAND rounds which is just incredible...
Now all we need is for some distributor to bring in the Rifled barrel extension, Smooth Bore barrel extension, and the Grenade Launching attachment!!!
Ive put it up against an 870, Mossy500, 14"SuperNova, 11-87, and some of the Dominion Arms offerings, and Im starting to wonder why the Valtro is the only pump shotgun left in my gunsafe
Needless to say... your going to have fun with it... I sure did...
Thanks for the help, you were right it comes apart super easy. Looks like a dead-simple design too! Cant wait to test it out.
Im thinking of getting sticky grip wraps for the forend, maybe a sheet of AGrip cut to shape. Its a shame nothing else is available for these beauties.
