Where to find VZ58 / CZ858 front sight detent spring?

The thread protector detent got stuck on my VZ58 and I had to drive the pin out of the FSB to fix it. Unfortunately the detent pin and spring flew out of the front and the spring is lost to the void.

Anyone know where I can aquire a new one? Google searches bring up nothing. Dlask seems to have the detent pin, but no springs.

Didn't want to lose the detent or FSB pins, so for now I guess I'm using a flint spring from a lighter...
