Where to find Yugo M48 Sight Hood/Cleaning Rod?

Hey Guys,

Picked up one of the M48 Mausers that are in country today. Gonna be a great shooter, nice bore and metal in good shape.

However, it didn't come with a sight hood or cleaning rod... Anyone know where I can pick them up?

Also looking for a sling/stripper clips. Any insight is appreciated!

Just if anyone else is looking... Found both at a website called "Landser Outfitters", they ship to Canada. Seems like they specialize in German Milsurp equipment, pretty cool selection.

Just sold a ton of items with my m48, 4 ammo pouches, 2 slings, bayo/frog, cleaning kit.

Ebay is your friend. You can buy repro ones there or possibly find the real thing from Serbia (where I got some of the stuff). My rifle came with the rod/hood/sling though.

be careful with ebay. I bought a front sight hood off ebay and it was horribly undersized and not straight.

Friend gave me a k98 sight hood that fit. Had to get a pair of snap ring pliers to put it on, the thing was insanely hard to bend.
