Is there an online register for finding the matching parts we all have on our Mosin's, K98's, Enfields etc? I have a "half matching" Mosin 91/30 where the magazine housing and bolt are different than the matching barrel, receiver, wood, butt plate etc. I also have your typical RC K98 mismatch. Thanks for any and all help!

I too have a mismatched RC Kar98k but the odds of finding the correct matching part are still quite against you. Don't forget, aside from the receiver, barrel, trigger guard, and bolt handle, many of the other parts (i.e front/rear bands, floor plate, bolt pieces) contain the last two digits of the serial. Your serial may be 9001 b but your front band will only show 01, how do you know that it did not come off a Kar98k with serial 8001 b ?
I don't want to burst your bubble, I would love to get the matching parts for my Kar98k but I think finding a needle in a haystack will be easier.

"...Is there an online register for finding the matching parts..." Nope. The parts could have been changed at any time. Over 17,000,000 Mosin 91/30's were made by the end of W.W. II and were sent all over the world. The parts could be anywhere or just destroyed.
