Sent my Romanian made military IOR 7x40 to "Kominek" to fix out-of-alignment optics, alas they returned it unrepaired. Their solvent couldn't dissolve sealing glue, so they returned it. Anyone knows where else I can try my luck? I live in Kitchener.
