Where to get a grip screw bushing in GTA for a 1911?

I screwed up the screw, and I feel really ill now.
Do you know any store in the GTA which sells parts for a 1911? (right now I badly need only this, but as I know myself, I will continue the "improvement" of my gun)
I know I can always order from Brownells, but this is a 5$ part and I don't want to wait a week.

I'm in Montreal. I feel your pain. You're going to have to wait... I did!
I purchased a set of 4 SS bushing off eBay for under $10. The standard bushings are easy to snap off eh!
