I'm working on a little single shot project that requires a standard buffer tube / reciever extension (one without the provision for a collapsable stock) and I'm needing some help.
Is there a tube that is about 7.5 to 8 inches long? I think this is called an entry length tube? Maybe a carbine length tube? I have an ACE Ultra Light stock with a full length (9.5"~ish) length tube but would like it to be a bit shorter. There is no spring or buffer involved here so that doesn't matter.
Does anyone know the length of an entry length tube? How about a carbine length tube? (if they are different?)
Anyone know a good brand to purchase and a place to buy one?
