hi guys, ive got a 40 mm bushnell scope on my r700 and i wanna get a sunshade for it. ive been trying to dig one up through google and ebay and cant seem to find anything. does anyone know where to look or a more common term for them that i can use while searching? thanks

I have one, i dont know what their worth, throw a number at me.
i could be on crack here, but as far as i know a sunshade is just a threaded tube, who cares if it's got bushnell on the side of it. just geat a cheapo anybrand one from ebay. or i've seem people take cardboard and make their own.

Many scopes look like they will accept a screw in shade but in fact the end is rolled over preventing this or in fact the end is tapered and stepped and not threaded. Most shades are also not interchangeable with other makes so try one first. Most of the lower magnification Bushnells do not accept screw in sun shades. Phil.
