The title pretty well says it all, I'm looking for coyote diaphragm calls, coyote howl/distress and also rabbit distress preferably with a "horn"/megaphone. The kicker is I want to be able to buy new individual calls as they wear out, none of what I've seen offers that. If you know any please link them for me or send me contact info.

FoxPro actually makes fairly decent diaphragm calls if your looking for multiple.
Pa made all of his...typically out of plastic bits and pieces. There's one made from the leg of a sofa, lol.
He used ( un-used of course) bedizer bands to hold the reeds in place...it ain't building a jet engine. Google search and just try it.
Pa made his living from first cold spell in the Fall to the last one in the Spring harvesting coyotes... there is a 'Best Pelt of the Season' award on the Bunkhouse wall still
