I've got a Crosman Quest 1000x and was wondering if anyone could recommend where to get good replacement sights for it?
The gun comes with a crappy scope that won't hold zero, and the "iron sights" are actually cheap plastic. Tried an after-market Williams peep-sight on it (cost about half of what the gun did -- eek!) and couldn't even hit the target with it.
Anyone have any ideas, short of pitching this gun out a window and starting fresh, as to how/where I might find decent replacement, preferably real "iron" (as opposed to plastic) sights for it? Don't really want to scope it, either.
So far, I can't even tell if this thing will shoot straight.
