that is a Dekel made in germany and is first a mill and has had a tailstock adapter added. they are one of the best mills made in the 50's/60's. I believe they are still made and imported try googling Dekel/Deckell. They are not a knee type like a bridgeport, without a vertical adapter they are a horizontal mill only. The adjustable table allows compound angle work. They were the founding base for precision jig grinders as I understand it. Hope you have a friendly banker bought a used one in the 70's with vertical and slotting attachement plus three axis geared feed 100 grand+shipping, hope this helps art

Here I found out more.
According to the website it is a Swiss made convertible miller/lathe, I don’t know who is manufacturer.

Same machine used as a vertical milling, seen here machining the blank walnut stock

Milling operation on a rotary table, with the same swiss milling machine. Note the angle of the spindle for this special machining.

Scroll down and look at the Sixis Miller.

Stuff bigger than that is available, and a decent used Deckel with a known service history, well tooled, can be got for under $10K

Check Ebay. Reliable Tools usually has one.
