Where to get lock n load Case for oal

I have a Hornady oal Comparator. Where are some spots that I could get a .223 case from.

Is it to my benefit to find someone to thread an already fired piece of brass? And if so any recommendations on who would do this and a cost?

Oh your looking for the case. Could you make your own? 5/16 x36 tap. Expand the mouth so the bullet slides freely.
