where to get lube die #1 87551??

It sounds like you are referring to the sizing die rather than a lube die. Is the part # an RCBS number or what? Most manufacturers make die components available. RCBS certainly does and you can order the deprimer stem complete with expander button and lock nuts from a dealer. Try P & D in Edmonton. Your chances of actually getting a staff member who will know what you are talking about is very good there.

De capping die

Marlin

I found that if I was going to quickly with 223 that my pin would bend. Seems that these primers are just harder to easily remove. So I extended the shaft holding it all together and cut off the excess in the pin so that it could not bend anymore. If I do encounter a tight primer I just slowly move the ram down and tap it until it breaks free. Or if it is real tight I just throw it in a can off to the side to try later.
Decapping 223 for me has been a real pain. FS

ya. i kept breaking the pins. its been a while now, i think my shaft is a bit bent or something, its an rcbs die. all it does is decap and lube, no sizing. good for several calibers. i'll give p&d a call. thanks might just have to lube them manually and switch up my routine a lil

RCBS die

m1895: Got you. I'd forgotten those dies existed. Don't have a progressive and really don't need to speed case handling up. Sounds pretty useful for a parairie dog shooter who might go through a few hundred rounds in a day.
