Where to get parts for a Cooey Model 60?

My father in law wants us to get his Cooey Model 60 registered and operational for him. It is currently missing the inner magazine tube (the brass-coloured part with the knurled knob on the end that slides into the larger steel tube attached to the action). Anyone know where to get this part? I'm assuming they aren't being manufactured any more, so am I stuck with EE and GunAddicts?
