Just looking to play with new parts... I have the timney trigger in my SR22 and its a dream, throwing in a recoil buffer to replace the metal pin because hey why not....

I wanted to pick up a KIDD charging handle and guide rod/spring set... but of course its hard to find in canada and if i want a complete bolt replacement (something made of better metals, all stainless extractors and better cycling etc) then I have to buy a HORNET on ebay and i'd like more selection.

just for looks (might as well burn a few bucks) i'd like a forward blow compensator... but theyre $90 and wont ship from america...

thank u for the PM and the post!

I love my timney trigger. I see they sell KIDD at dlask but have no stock so i emailed them.

Any thoughts on how to tell quality with offerings like DLASK brand bolt assemblies etc? theres so much out there for charging handles and guide rods, made of aluminum, stainless, hardened CNC machined steel, etc...

Im looking for a charging handle in satin gold to match the timney trigger shoe colour... otherwise im really liking the maple leaf one at dlask... but they dont tell you anything about their stuff... just a premium price and "Dlask brand".

google returns a mess and cant distinguish between american and canadian websites... and going through the sponsors is brutal, most of their websites are garbage, and they only put a fraction of their stock offerings online. Hence asking here... narrow the field to search in.

But with time I'll get through eliminating one by one.

I had sort of the same problem when looking for specific 10/22 parts. Hical and Dlask are good places to narrow your search.
BTW, absolutely do the buffer in the SR-22. Mine would perpetually loosen the rail screws (even with blue Loc-tite) until I ditched the factory pin.

I've bought 10/22 parts from HiCal & Brownells (US company but they ship here some stuff here). Haven't bought anything from Dlask yet but I'm sure I will eventually.
