Where to get some CCI Blazer .22

FYI, no one responded because there is none to be found, in Canada anyways.
I am looking at alternatives myself. Closest so far is the Remington Thunderbolt or Bucket O Bullets.
Winchester stuff is troublesome i.e. FTF's
 
I left about 2000 rounds of it at my lgc with a note "free"

Horrible ammo. Accurate but I got tired of prying every other case out of my guns. My semi wouldn't cycle it. My bolts pump and lever would not extract it.
I even tried tumbling it to get the wax off. No use

Keep checking your local mom + pop gun shops. They do get some in every now + then. Maybe not their full orders , but partial orders seem to come periodicly. I got 4 boxs of CCI blazer at my local shop the other day. His Last 4. And the order just came in the day before ! When it does show up , the panic buyers buy it by the case of bricks , and it's gone again. So the cycle goes on + on.

Works in everything I shoot, shoulda meet up with me! I woulda bought you dinner for 2000 rounds lol
 
I do find the Blazer in 525 bulk packs very waxy. The wax is so sticky it jams up in all my mags. It cleans off pretty easy, and then works fine. Spent many tedious evenings watching the news while cleaning off .22 rounds until I used up that case of bulk Blazer. The 500 round bricks of Blazer are not nearly as bad and work just fine without cleaning.

Try Perkins Gun Shop in Pembroke, (613) 735-6690. I had a friend bring me a couple boxes down when he came back one weekend because the stuff has been non-existent here for a dogs age. At the time they told me they still had about 20 boxes (525), mind you that was a couple of months ago....
 
here, I'll trade you a brick of the speer manufactured CCI Blazer 22 in the individual boxes with clear cartridge holders ( the good stuff) per pound of RL-17
 
Bought 3 bricks last year for $20 a brick(50 round boxes not that loose crap) Gave 2 bricks away. This stuff shoots lights out in both my cz's, my marlin 60 loved it, gooey 60 loved it as well. Cant forget that my cil 171 shot it very well. Wish I could find some more.
