Where to get TR accessory rail for Weatherby PA-459 TR?

So hard to find accessories for this Weatherby PA-459 Digital TR. It did not come with the integrated accessory rail in the forearm like pictured in every single picture ever taken of this product ever released all over the entire world! What's worse, the add-on mag tube rail seems to only be produced by Weatherby and they are out of stock. Even if they did have them in-stock, they don't want to ship to Canadian customers. Although this is a nice shotgun, the support for it is absolutely abysmal. Does any nutter have any leads to where I can get this mystical TR accessory rail for my Weatherby PA-459, or are they just a myth? Thanks for the ears, and hopefully someone knows where these can be had up here.

P and D Enterprises in Edmonton is listed a a full line stocking dealer in Canada and they are good to deal with via mail and in person. If they don't have it, they can probably get it. I don't have a PA-459 but do have an SA-459 and found that the Benelli MR1 accessory rail fits over the forearm perfectly so I may butcher it slightly to make it fit, if I can make it look good. I'm hesitant though because those MR1 rails seem awfully hard to find - so says everyone who wants my extra one.
