Having an AR lower made at work. It won't be done for a bit yet, but I would like to have it anodized as opposed to painted. Can anyone recommend someone? Also can it be done before registering (you have 30 days to register it after completion) or do I have to register it first and go thru an anodizer that can handle restricted weapons. Someone in Ont. would be best but not a must.
