where to write your restricted, when challenging the test?

I want to go write my restricted and non-restricted tests so I can

1. Purchase a restricted handgun
2. purchase ammo for said handgun
3. possibly look into rifles as well

I don't know where to go and challenge the test to write it, so I don't have to take a course on it.
