Where's a good source for small AR parts.

Was out at the range for few hours today,with my Black boomstick A1,when after about 60 rds this black disc flys off the right side,WTH ,its part of the freeking rear sight assembly,well ,recovered the disc,but couldn't find the pin in the snow and fading light,
So for wont of a nail[or in this case a small pin],and all the stuff about the shoe ,the horse,and the rider, the war may be lost.

So,where to get small parts from???
