Where's that thread abot the Norino 1911 getting overhauled?

A member here did a real nice overhaul on a Norinco 1911

Did it all himself, with hand tools then ceramacoted it or something.

I've done a bunch of searches but came up empty. I've done a bit of work on my NP28 9mm and want to do more, but looking for that thread as it was full of ideas.

He was really good, I'm not nearly as skilled, but I take my time with this sort of thing and it usually ends up ok.

Here's a bit of info on one I did up. I wouldn't say I'm really good at it though, but I did use hand tools for it.

I did a search because I remembered a pretty nice one. This is the thread I'm thinking about, but unfortunately the pictures are gone. Too bad, it was a really nice job.
