I managed to pull off a BNIB DdM4 V4 Sbr 11,5" with a used eotech and a new m3x long gun light all separately from the EE and My cost remained under 2000$, so you also have that option. But you have to be patient...

There is a LMT mrp 16" export version for sale in EE. Asking price is $1600. That's what they were new back about 6 years ago. 10.5" LMT barrel is $520 at questar. Get 16" barrel threaded and flash hider. Two barrels, can take into the US with 16". You're laughing. Negotiate well and you could have a heck of a setup for around $2k before optics.
