One of the common upgrades for the Stoeger M3K shotgun is a Benelli extractor. However, there seems to be two different ones available, one for the Nova, M2, Super Sport, Super 90, etc. and one for the M4.

Does anyone know which one is the correct replacement for the M3K extractor?

The M2 works.
I've found that the extractor channel in the bolt head usually has burrs.
Be sure to take a look/address that area when you replace it.

I also bought the benelli extractor but found out that if you get rid of the burrs and sharp edges of the extractor pocket in the bolt then smooth out the sides of the extractor, I've had no issues relating to extraction for a few thousand rounds. So I haven't put the benelli extractor in yet.
"You can also lightly chamfer the inside edge of the chamber at the extractor cut to prevent shells from hanging up on that surface. Check this area every 1000 rounds for burrs or rough spots as the extractor bangs into it every cycle." Quoted from Pat Kelly.
