Hi Calibre Services and Corwin Arms, judging from what I have seen: Polish refurbished, and hand select.

With SKS' - I have never seen their SVT 's - but Martin from Corwin is absolutely trustworthy. Give him a shout, and he may offer an opinion - or a hand select. Lever Arms, while they had their deals, offered hand selects, so... it was buyer's discretion.

Corwin if ordering online, lever arms if I'm picking out a red rifle in person. $375 plus tax for an sks and a crate of surplus is pretty kickass if you ask me.
