Just got an 11 inch bushmaster... of course there is the optics question which apparently leaves me 2 real choices and a couple of temporary solutions.. Probably will go with the EOTECH...

For I'd like to mount a foregrip with finger grooves.. Finding one may be more difficult...

I'd also like to leave open the option of adding a laser and a light..
So I'm looking for opinions I see the Yankee Hill Machine and the Surefire M73... then there are a few others..

the Cmore one looks sorta cool with the diagonal vents...
Anybody have experience with any of these.. for stability, installation

Any others that I should be looking at....

If you can find one up here, get a Larue 7.0 FF rail.

I have one on my 10.5" LMT upper.Every bit as good (or better) then KAC stuff.

I think there is a 7.0 Larue rail in the EE Parts & Bits Forum F/S.

Speaking of a larue on an LMT upper... can you post a pic?

I have a KAC right now but I want to get rid of the KAC and replace it with a larue. I don't think the 7" is long enough as I want the handguard to extend past the gas block so I can use a flip-up front sight.

A 7.0 Larue will not be long enough to cover the gas block.

I use a standard front sight and my Larue ends just before the sight tower.

you will need a Larue 9.0 rail and a low profile gas block.

There should be some pics already posted in the black Rifle Forum, and the AR thread in the photo gallery.

My main computer is down being rebuilt so I don't have access to most of my pics.
