Which CZ 527

What's your choice in a CZ 527, and what cal, for a varmint gun?

I kinda like the kevlar stocked varmint, but wouldn't mind it in something other than .223/.222

Either CZ 527 will probably be a very nice rifle; I've heard many good things about them. My choice would be a Varmint Kevlar in 204 Ruger !

Does one lose the sight picture at the shot because of recoil in a CZ 527 chambered for .223?

I have the lux ( hogback style ) in .223 and can honestly say I LOVE IT. Nice wood on it too...

i have one in 204, and also one in 221 FB. would be really hard to pick between them. both very accurate.

I had one in .223 years ago but if getting another it would be in .22 Hornet. Quieter than a .223, good within 150 yards on most varmints although perhaps not the best choice for coyotes. It would be an excellent choice to shoot porcupines.

I no longer have my CZ527 because the safety was the reverse of my other rifles.(forward for safe, back for fire).
