Which holds zero better

I am planning on getting a rifled barrel for my 870 express. I was wondering which scope mounting method holds the zero better and why. The barrel with a cantilever or the saddle type mount over the receiver ? Thanks

Cantilever !
Stays with the barrel ... always in alignment, very rigid, scope mounts directly.
