Which iron sights for XCR ?

My friend bought an XCR. He has a red dot, but wants to get iron sights as well. What is the best deal on iron sights that will fit XCR? Something decent without killing his budget. And preferably available in Canada.

Although Brownells is cheaper but once you do the conversion it works out to be the same. Plus you can also get some of those cool 10 round mag coupler's for cheap bang, bang, bang fun!

I pull about 1"-1.5" groups at 100 yards. Just switched to 7.62x39, so we shall see what I get now. Going shooting on the 16th.
