There are a lot to choose from so which models do you guys prefer and why? Did you buy both front and rear or just front sights? Which model and why?

Trijicon
HiViz
Meprolight
Ameriglo
Truglo
Glock
XS Night systems

Any others please feel free to chime in...

Truglo's are awesome because they are both tritium and fiber optic giving the best of both worlds. Having owned the Trijicon night sights and I really like them, I actually liked the larger Glock night sights better. They were brighter due to the larger tritium lamps. I'm not a fan of the XS big dot sights as they are so huge I can't imagine using it for accurate target shooting. I believe they are designed for super fast sight picture acquisition in a combat environment. It's all about personal preference and what you plan on doing with the pistol. They are all good sights.

I'll support the XS feelings here. Super fast, east to acquire. They do take a significant learning curve and they are NOT precision sights. Not that precision shots can't be made but they are not setup for such work. Other than XS, either Trijicon or Meprolight night sights are excellent. Colour and style is a personal thing.

I'll throw this out there for anyone. I have a sight tool I will lend to anyone who wants to use it. Its for Glocks only(sorry). All I ask is that you pay shipping both ways. PM me if you want to borrow it.
