Hello rimfire enthusiasts, here's a question for you - I own a Rossi Model 62 pump 22. It's a great old gun that takes down in two pieces, functions flawlessly and is exceptionally accurate out to 40 yards or so. I've also been given back a 10/22 takedown (the stainless, synthetic model) that I bought for my father in law in 2015. (He gave me his old fishing boat so I thought it was a nice gift.) He's reached the age where he doesn't go out hunting anymore and felt that I should have it back. I believe he's not shot a box of 50 cartridges through it.
I don't get out with a rimfire rifle much anymore. Both of my sons have one that suit their needs. Ultimately I only need one so I'm considering selling one of them.
To get to the question - which one do I sell?
The Rossi is excellent - all I really need. I'd sell the Ruger but it seems to me that maybe hanging on to the newer rifle is the way to go.
I'd appreciate any and all advice. (And I'm not sure I want to keep both - I need to buy a new tent.)
