Which provinces allow deer hunting over bait?

Not looking for a debate on whether or not you think its right - just wanting to see which provinces allow deer hunting over a bait? Here in Alberta it is a no no.

Ok as long as you don't 'feed' the bear, or shoot it.

"Bait" is defined in our regs as any attractant including decoys and scents i believe. So - you could use a 'deer in estrus' stick and bring in a deer, and if a bear shows up it can't exactly eat the stick.
