Which scope to mount on a kwik rail on SKS?

SKS with choate dragunov stock and kwik rail. Which scope to get for it.

What do you plan on using it for? How much are you willing to spend?

The size of the optic lens (front) dictates
the installed height, the lower the better.
I use a 1.5-5x20mm shotgun scope.
2.5x20 to 3-9x30 work well, Steer clear
of the low cost Chinese brands as many
are problematic.

Which one is a decent one, of the 3x9? Looking to shoot pop cans and reach out to maybe 150 m.

Does the kwik rail deflect the empty shells away so they don't hit the scope?
