Which semi-automatic would you buy?

I don't like Glock persionally, so I will choose S&W M&P. But now I'd like to wait Sprintfield XD(M) .40S&W.
 
Another vote for the CZ75b. Sharp looking (ok, so I'm shallow), all steel, accurate, excellent reputation, fits a lot of hands well and as cheap as you're likely to get for a NIB gun. What's not to like?
 
The M&P rebate all depends on when you bought your gun. There was one that just ended, i tried to get in on it but was out by a few weeks... I swear by my M&P, great firearm. If you'd rather hold a brick and shoot though, buy a Brick... I mean Glock. JK, they're not that bad i guess... :-S
