Which Sightron Reticle?

I have settled on a Sightron III 8-32x56 (Tikka T3 Sporter) but now I need to decide which reticle. Decisions decisions ... ( so Im hoping for some input

I plan to use this for ORA Precision and Sporting class shooting 100 - 400 yards out to a max of 800 yards.

Im looking at a Mil Dot or a MOA reticle. What are pros & cons of each, and which would be better for type of shooting Im doing based upon your experience. I know some of it is personal preference but Im interested in your preference and why.

Jerry will be able to advise but fwiw I have the same scope and chose the LRMOA reticle. Either way, it is good value for money glass and a nice scope.

I got the siii 6-24x50 and I also got the LRMOA. I have not yet tried it out past 200 yards but up to now I like it a lot.

If you get a Milford reticle do the turrets also calibrate for mildot? I know I may need to

Sightron SIIISS8-32X56 scope with 1/4 MOA adjustments:
LRMOA(longrange minute of angle)
LRD(longrange dot)
LRFCH (lingrange fine crosshair)
LRMD(longrange Mildot)

LRTD/TDT has 1/8 MOA adj

LRMD/CM has .1 milradian adj.
