which sporter

i'm debating on which rifle i should buy. i have a 700 dollar store credit.i can get a tikka lite in .223 for a little over 700. which other rifles can i buy for around the same price, and same accuracy. i had and sold a tikka .222 , ss heavy barrel that was very accurate. this time i want a sporter in .223. how do savages compare to the tikka t3. thanks for replies

sporter weight barrels arnt precission rifles, go over to the hunting section better results will be had

If looking at stock .223's the Tikka would be my first choice. A 1-8" barrel is standard, and the ones I have experience with have been real shooters.

I think he is referring to the T3 Sporter target rifle.

Then it would be a T3 sporter not a t3 lite as he first mentioned

The t3sporter is 1700+. Not close to the 700price tag of a t3lite
