what i usually do is check online at whats in stock, just search ammunition, find what you want and check store availability. it should tell you if what you are looking for is in stock and how much it is and quantity. Also, check Canadian tin, it is updated as soon as i walk past the register with my ammo. i use this tool a lot. i don't hoard ammo, i don't think it helps the current situation we are in, but depending where i go i usually buy up whats hard to find near home, which sets me up with a pretty good idea of what I'm shooting next time i go out
