Been hunting with a buddy of mine for a couple of weekends now. We usually spend a few afternoons in the fields together every year.
Its always interesting because he cannot walk to hunt. He can walk the length of the truck but then he's out of breath. So we truck hunt.
Myself, I prefer a walk and stalk or the ground blind method, but this year I developed an appreciation for vehicle hunting.
Anyway, he took a small 4 x 3 last weekend and I got mine on Saturday.
-32 before the wind and then it was -38. Gutted the deer with my gloves on
Jesus it was cold in the field, but I'm happy with my harvest this year.
